I worked with The Bleasure Beach, Blackpool from 2004 until 2011 with the target of increasing the e-commerce revenue of their site. By developing a user-focused ticket purchasing system and improving the layout amonst other things the revenue increased from £400k to £3.2m within 3 years and has continued to increase since.

Advance Selling Skills Academy

The brief given to me for the Advance project had various elements:

Develop interactive e-training modules
Develop a content managed platform to sell and manage licenses to the training
Integrate a Learning Management System to host the training

A custom built, search engine optimised, content management system with SagePay payment gateway and interactive Flash components. The CMS includes customer management tools, license management and the whole site comes with White Label capabilities to quickly create branded sub-sites.

Working with Bananakick (The rather brilliant Sports & Leisure Marketing Specialists from Leeds), I developed a content managed brochure website for Shredall (The Document Security People) and their sister company SDS.

A relatively straightforward Content Management System (CMS) with site search, latest news and contact forms.
